Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) announced it has arranged an office sublease for Progyny, a leading fertility benefits management company, at 1359 Broadway.
NKF President of New York Tri-State Region David Falk and Senior Managing Director Kyle Ciminelli represented the tenant, who will be subleasing the second floor from IHS Markit for nine years. The sublandlord was represented by Jared Freede of CBRE.
Progyny will sublease the entire second floor, occupying 25,000 SF, as it relocates to this space from a 13,000 SF office on the fourth floor of 245 Fifth Avenue.
The company’s new space at 1359 Broadway has been constructed with a creative, efficient installation that will allow Progyny’s entire operation to fit on one floor as it continues to grow.
“This move enables Progyny to continue its operations seamlessly while it relocates,” said Ciminelli. “We were pleased to be able to help them find a space that helped them achieve their goals.”
