Adams & Co. brokered a 10,303 s/f lease consisting of a 9,042 s/f renewal and 1,261 s/f expansion at 10 West 33rd Street for Fast Forward, Inc.
David Levy, principal of Adam’s & Co., represented the tenant as well as the landlord. Although the details were not disclosed, the asking price was $52 per square-foot.
Fast Forward Inc. is leasing the partial seventh floor for 10 years. The company plans to use the space as general and executive offices as well as a showroom for the handbag accessory company.
“Fast Forward, which has over 40 years of experience in the industry, has enjoyed tremendous success in the Fashion Accessories Center, so it was natural to renew the company’s space among other prominent and longstanding fashion companies,” said David Levy, principal for Adam’s & Co.
“The accessories manufacturer demanded more space in order to continue growth, which was met with a 1,261 s/f renewal in addition to the existing space.”
Fast Forward Inc. is a leading manufacturer of backpacks, lunch kits, beverage bottles, handbags, luggage, accessories and small leather goods and stationary. The items feature character licensed, national brands and private label lines.
Built in 1914, 10 West 33rd Street is a 12-story, 319,200 s/f building. Notable tenants include A Classic Time Watch Co., Barganza, Global Design Concepts and Gina Group, with retail tenants Legends Bar & Grill, BCD Tofu House, and United States Post Office.
