200 of New York’s top real estate industry luminaries gathered for the AIPAC Real Estate Division’s annual summer reception, and an exclusive look inside Extell Development Company’s One57 building. The 90-story tower – the tallest residential building in New York – is still under construction, but guests got a sneak peek at the unparalleled 360-degree views that will belong to the owner of this unit, listed for sale at $30 million. The reception was organized in support of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, Washington’s Pro-Israel lobby. AIPAC’s New York Real Estate Division was founded in 2008 and has grown to over 500 members. The 2014 AIPAC Real Estate Luncheon on October 27th will be chaired by industry giants Milton Cooper (Kimco Realty Corp.), Daniel Benedict (Benedict Realty Group), Justin Green (HaysVentures LLC) and Ofer Yardeni (Stonehenge Partners, Inc.) The Director of AIPAC’s Real Estate Division is Joseph Nadis.
