Equity researchers swap WeWork for Carnegie Hall Tower

Equity research firm Melius Research is moving out of its WeWork space and into the Carnegie Hall Tower.

Newmark announced today that it brokered a long-term 6,000 s/f lease for a new pre-built suite on the 6th floor of the prestigious tower at 152 West 57th Street.

Melius is relocating from its 142 West 57th Street WeWork space for a private environment within the Class A Trophy Midtown property.

Newmark was the sole broker on the transaction with executive managing director Matt Leon and associate director Andrew Margolin representing the landlord, TF Cornerstone . Executive managing director Brad Needleman and associate director Justin Pollner represented the tenant.
