The Durst Organization has filled up more than 150,000 s/f at its green skyscraper at 151 West 42nd Street.
The company announced that National Cable Communications LLC, a marketing company for
television programming, took a 11-year 65,000 s/f lease for the 11th and a part of the 12th floors at the former Conde Nast tower.
Analysis Group, a consulting firm, signed a 10-year lease for 58,000 s/f for the 23rd and partial 22nd floors of the building.
And SS&C Technologies, an investment and financial software provider, expanded their footprint by nearly 32,000 s/f for the rest of the seventh floor at One Five One West 42nd Street, bringing their total square footage to 167,000 s/f.
“We are excited to welcome Analysis Group to One Five One West 42nd Street and NCC back to the Durst portfolio,” said Jonathan (Jody) Durst, president of The Durst Organization. “And we are thrilled SS&C continues to expand their footprint at the building. Since Condé Nast’s departure, the property has undergone a substantial transformation. We have modernized the building, created a tenant amenity program and attracted tenants from numerous industries, prompting an incidental welcomed relaunch of the building.”
According to Durst, more than 80 percent of the space formerly occupied by Conde Nast has been leased and SS&C is currently the largest new tenant at their building, which recently received LEED Gold certification.
National Cable Communications was represented by Vice Chairman Erik Schmall and Senior Managing Director Scott Weiss of Savills Studley, and Analysis Group was represented by Managing Director Paul Formichelli of JLL. The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Executive Vice President Tom Bow, Senior Managing Director Rocco Romeo and Senior Leasing Associate Tanya Grimaldo. SS&C was represented by JLL’s International Managing Director Bob Ageloff, Vice Chairman Derek Trulson, and Managing Director Bill Peters, and The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Tom Bow, Rocco Romeo and Senior Managing Director Ashlea Aaron.
