DONE DEALS: Trophy sale in FiDi

Congratulations to Alexis Gandelman at City Connections Realty, who has just sold her first home since joining the firm.

The veteran agent — who has focused on rentals since joing CCR from New York Residences — sold unit 41a at 20 West Street in FiDi for $755,000.

Dubbing the alcove studio a “private oasis in the sky,ˮ Gandelman pitched the apartment as an easy conversion to a one bedroom with an asking price of $765,000.

Located at the Downtown Club, a landmarked Art Deco skyscraper that serves as home to the Heisman Trophy, the building offers a stack of amenities that includes 14,000 s/f of recreational space.
According to Gandelman, the best part of the deal was the low carrying costs “due to effective management and a highly coveted 421G tax abatement.ˮ

Andrew Ziff of New York Living Solutions brought in the buyer, a Chinese national working on Wall Street.
