DONE DEALS: Roundup of the week in residential sales

Town New Development managing director Elaine Diratz believes a new Harlem price record could have a domino effect at Circa Central Park.

ELAINE DIRATZ

Her team recently closed on the $7,238,750 sale of penthouse 2A at the West 110th Street apartment building (pictured top).
It’s the most expensive condominium north of 86th street on the west side since 2010, and the highest price paid for a condominium in Harlem since 2008.
Penthouse 2A is a 2,271 s/f five bedroom, 4.5-bath home with a 550 s/f terrace that has a fireplace and overlooks Central Park. It was listed at $7,477,500.
“We are thrilled to hit a milestone of this caliber for Circa and the surrounding neighborhood,” said Diratz. “We are confident that with this sale being the most expensive closing in almost a decade, it will lead to an even greater increase in interest for the neighborhood.”
Developed by Artimus Construction and designed by FXFOWLE Architects, the recently completed 11-story, 38-unit building offers one- to five-bedroom apartments, many with private terraces, and views of Central Park, Morningside Park and New York City’s skyline.
Amenity spaces include a fitness center, resident lounge, landscaped courtyard, rooftop terrace, 24-hour doorman, and cold storage.
