DONE DEALS: Tag team beats the clock

Teamwork made the dream work for Citi Habitats agents Jimmi Circosta and Victoria Rong Kennedy. The pair recently sold apartment #7D at 301 West 57th Street, a 2-bed, 2-bath condo pictured above
Listed by Circosta for $2,200,000, unit #7D includes floor-to-ceiling bay windows, a living/dining area with herringbone hardwood floors, a marble master bath and an in-unit washer/dryer.
Circosta said the apartment was an estate sale being handled by attorneys. Meanwhile, Rong Kennedy’s buyer’s lease was about to expire and she needed to find a new home as soon as possible.
“My buyer and I thought Jimmi’s listing would be a great investment,” Rong Kennedy said. “It needed some renovations by her standards, but when we saw the Central Park view and location, any work was worth the effort. It was sold right there and then.”
The final closing price on the condo was $1,787,500 and the monthly common charges total $1,063.
