They just sold six condos in six consecutive days valued at $6.55 million.
The luxury condo on top of the Andaz Wall Street hotel has seen a lot of interest lately from domestic and international buyers, according to the developers, The Hakimian Organization.
The six just sold residences include three one-bedrooms ranging from $1,17 million to $1.395 million.
Private amenities for residents include a state-of-the-art gym, billiard and media lounge, a glass-ensconced rooftop with wrap-around terrace.
The building has a 24- hour doorman, on-site parking, and Abigail Michaels Concierge.
Residents of 75 Wall also enjoy the Hyatt-managed hotel’s services, such as room service and spa services, as well as priority access to Wall & Water restaurant, Bar Seven Five, and outdoor beer garden.
