Diptyque, Space NK Apothecary moving to Broadway in NoMad

In a transaction arranged by CBRE, Diptyque, a Paris-based luxury goods company that produces a high-end line of scented candles, perfumes, face and body care, and Space NK Apothecary London, a British beauty retailer, signed a retail lease at 1165 Broadway for a ten-year term. The commitment by Diptyque and Space NK represents the first retail lease signed at the newly renovated 1165 Broadway located in the heart of NoMad.The CBRE team of Amira Yunis, Anthony Stanford and Elliot Ferris represented the building owner, David Haddad.

“Located on the northwest corner of 27th Street, in the heart of the vibrant NoMad corridor, the property provides both Diptyque and Space NK with exceptional visibility and robust pedestrian traffic seven days a week,” said Yunis. “1165 Broadway also benefits from its proximity to several hotels including The Nomad Hotel and the new Virgin Hotel development, which will be located one block away. We are looking forward to creating a premier retail block housing many exciting brands some of which will be announced shortly.”
