Mitchell Kunikoff, executive managing director & principal of Lee & Associates NYC, has arranged a seven-year sublease for 45,000 s/f on the top two floors of 360 Park Avenue South.
Offerpop, the rapidly expanding digital marketing software company will relocate to the space from its current location in mid-December 2014.
“Following a strong Series C round of funding, Offerpop is in the middle of a massive growth spurt, and the team is extremely eager to join fellow tech companies in the increasingly popular TAMI district,” said Kunikoff, who represented the tenant. “The prime location, 15 ft. ceilings, and walls of windows facing north, east and south made for an ideal space with very little work necessary, allowing for immediate move-in.”
Paul Ippolito and Jim Landsaw of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Reed Elsevier. Asking rent was in the high $50s.
