Cushman & Wakefield announced that Joanne Podell and her team — Ian Lerner, Brandon Singer, and Chris Stanton — have been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for two retail spaces: 604 5th Avenue and 34 Union Square East.
604 5th Avenue offers an opportunity to brand an entire six-story building at the most recognized retail address in the world.
