Cushman & Wakefield Exclusively Marketing 10,181-SF Retail Asset in SoHo for Sale

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has been procured on an exclusive basis to market a 10,181-square-foot retail property located at 470 Broadway for sale.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Hunter Moss, Robert Burton, Michael Gembecki and Bobby Carrozzo will be leading the marketing efforts on behalf of the seller.

“This property offers investors the rare opportunity to acquire over 33 feet of prime street frontage in the heart of SoHo, a premier tourist and shopping corridor,” said Moss. “Surrounded by some of the world’s most sought-after brands, this property is an ideal investment for retailers looking to establish a prominent presence in one of New York City’s most coveted retail destinations.”

470 Broadway is a two-story retail property that includes a full basement. The property consists of 3,350 square feet on the ground floor, 3,350 square feet on the second floor and 3,481 square feet in the basement.

Located between Broome and Grand Street, the property is surrounded by an array of international brands and local businesses. The asset is within walking distance to an array of subway lines including the 6, J and Z trains.

The property will be auctioned through Ten-X on June 5th.
