Cushman & Wakefield announced that Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP, one of the top law and government affairs firms in New York, has renewed its lease at 605 Third Avenue.
“The firm is thrilled to continue its long standing relationship with Fisher Brothers and believes that the execution of the lease will allow us to implement its long-term strategy for growth,” said Jeffrey Citron, co-managing partner at Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP.
“We want to thank Cushman & Wakefield for an outstanding job.” Davidoff will continue to occupy 19,822 s/f on the entire 34th floor in the 17-year renewal. The firm is a long-standing tenant in the Fisher Brothers-owned building, having occupied its current space since 1990.
“Fisher Brothers is delighted that Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP has decided to extend its twenty-year relationship as a tenant at 605 Third Avenue and accommodate the firms needs for creating a new space and positioning it for growth,” said Jack Whalen, director of leasing at Fisher Brothers.
“This is a great example of one of the top landlords in Manhattan being forward thinking in retaining a first class tenant,” said Sachs, an executive director at C&W.
