The Western Institutional Review Board, which provides human subject protection in research for more than 400 institutions, signed a 7,048 s/f lease at 202 Carnegie Center in Princeton, NJ.
Kevin Coleman, of Colliers International, represented the tenant in the transaction. Boston Properties represented the landlord, Princeton 202 Associates.
National infrastructure solutions firm HNTB Corporation signed a 7,026 s/f lease at 1 Gateway Center in Newark, NJ owned by Advance Realty.
