After being married for 10 years, the couple announced their split this March, but went through very public and messy divorce proceedings before ultimately finalizing their divorce settlement in July.

The duplex condo at the Chelsea Mercantile building at 252 Seventh Avenue in Chelsea has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and more than 3,000 square feet. Flay helped custom design the chef’s kitchen with two dishwashers and a walk-in pantry. The home also features a recreation/billiards room and a home office.

Meris Blumstein and Kenny Blumstein of Corcoran have the listing. They could not be reached for comment.
