CBRE team comes to market with Class A suburban star

Capstone Realty Group has appointed CBRE as the exclusive leasing agency for 50 Tice, the recently renovated 250,000 s/f Class A office complex.

CBRE’s Robert Norton, Greg Barkan and Sean Morley will oversee a targeted leasing campaign on behalf of ownership.

According to Norton, first vice president, “CBRE is targeting 20,000 to 50,000 s/f tenants for the last remaining contiguous block of space in the most visible and highest quality office building in the Montvale-Upper Saddle River-Woodcliff Lake submarket.” Capstone recently completed over $3.5 million in building renovations including a new atrium lounge and coffee bar, executive multi-media conference center, gourmet café with private dining rooms and executive fitness center with locker rooms and shower.

New environmental control systems include HVAC equipment and multi-media directories and tenant notifier screens.

“These upgrades put 50 Tice in a class by itself and make this building the most attractive to larger corporate tenants that are looking for more amenities and collaborative work areas,” Norton added.

Situated in Woodcliff Lake, 50 Tice Boulevard is a four-story office property in a exceptional park-like setting.

It has direct access to the Garden State Parkway at Exit 171 and is 30 minutes from Newark Liberty International Airport and 20 minutes from Manhattan.

The Montvale/ Woodcliff Lake submarket has been host to a number of destination lifestyle and retail amenity projects including the recent conversion of an office building to a new Lifetime Fitness facility and the development of The Shoppes at DePiero Farm.
