CBRE promotes Fasulo

Marcella Fasulo has been promoted to senior vice president in CBRE’s Institutional Group, where she is a partner based out of New York.
She has over ten years of institutional real estate experience, with a focus on Manhattan as well as the outer boroughs.

The Institutional Group handles the sale of commercial office, multifamily, retail and development transactions, with more than $65 billion of transaction volume since 2003.

Transaction types include straightforward fee simple and joint venture interests, partnership creation, equity raises, the sale of fee and leasehold interests and estates for years.

Marcella’s focus within the team is sourcing cross border capital for investment into the greater New York area and the United States, simultaneous to handling and sourcing New York City transactions.

CBRE’s Global Transaction Team colleagues frequently interact with one another to ensure that clients’ needs are appropriately met.
Marcella began her real estate career on the CBRE Institutional Team, and has also served as an associate at Savills.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University. Marcella is a longstanding member of the Sales Broker Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York.
