CBRE Appointed Exclusive Leasing Agent at The Commodore in Easton, PA

CBRE announced today it has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent at The Commodore, a 74,000 sq. ft. mixed-use facility consisting of 32-luxury apartments and
prime office and retail space. The building, being developed by Optima Durant Group, is located at 100 Northampton Street in Easton PA.

CBRE’s Jody King and Pamela Hall will handle the leasing for the 14,000 sq. ft. of office space as well as 1,900 sq. ft. of prime retail space.

“The Commodore is located along the historic Delaware River, one of the Northeast region’s most cherished waterways,” said King. “In addition to the office and retail space, the property will also include an 8,000 sq. ft. rooftop restaurant, tenant gym and other additional amenities. The Commodore will truly be a historic building for the Lehigh Valley that will operate as a complete lifestyle ecosystem.”

Construction is wrapping up at the seven-story property and tenants are expected to move in January 2023. It was recently announced that the owners of Zest and Grille 3501 restaurants will bring a new concept to the rooftop restaurant.
