Colliers International Group Inc. has secured a long-term lease within the corporate campus located at 777 Scudders Mill Road in Plainsboro, New Jersey. Genmab A/S, an international biotechnology company specializing in the creation and development of differentiated antibody therapeutics for the treatment of cancer, will relocate its U.S. headquarters office and establish a best-in-class research lab at the site. Genmab will become the first new tenant at the campus since the relocation of Bristol-Myers Squibb. Genmab will move into 90,070 s/f across two floors in a consolidation and expansion of its office and research activities in the United States.
A team from Colliers International led by Charlie Hatfield, Executive Managing Director, New Jersey Life Sciences Practice Leader and Brett Incollingo, Associate Director, represented the property owner, Trawler Capital Management, in the deal along with Tom Romano of JLL. Genmab was represented by JLL Managing Directors Dan Spero and Craig Eisenhardt, and Vice President Jason Benson.
The 125-acre campus was custom-built for Bristol-Myers Squibb with buildings designed by The Hiller Group. The property consists of three, five-story, 220,000 s/f office buildings that are environmentally efficient.
