BRP Companies Breaks Ground on the Arboretum at Farmingville, A 292-Unit Rental Community in Farmingville, New York

Today, BRP Companies alongside public officials and project partners announced the commencement of construction at The Arboretum at Farmingville, a 494,000-square-foot, 292-unit, garden-style, residential community located at 510 Horseblock Road in Farmingville, New York within the Town of Brookhaven on Long Island. Construction is slated for completion in Spring of 2025.

Upon project completion, The Arboretum at Farmingville will feature 292 residences ranging from apartments to lofts, townhouses, and single-family homes. A total of 30 units within the complex will be reserved for workforce housing. In addition to the residential component, a total of 7,500 square feet of amenity spaces will be delivered as part of the project and will include a pool, resident clubhouse, a fitness center with on-demand fitness and yoga rooms and a 7-acre park with various walking trails and picnic areas open to use by the public.

Situated on a 62-acre former farm site, The Arboretum at Farmingville is located just a few miles from major Long Island medical facilities inclusive of Stony Brook University and Hospital and the Brookhaven National Laboratory and is highly accessible to The Long Island Expressway and Nicolls Road.
