BRP Companies Announces Grand Opening at 172-Unit Motif in New Rochelle, NY

Today,BRP Companies announced the grand opening of Motif, a 172-unit, seven-story, 210,775-square-foot residential development located at 10 Commerce Drive in New Rochelle. Financing for the project was provided by the Urban Investment Group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Merchants Bank of Indiana.

Located at 10 Commerce Drive, Motif features 172 units, a mix of studios (53), one-bedrooms (64) and two-bedroom (55) residences with in-unit amenities including in-unit washer/dryer capabilities, quartz countertops, GE appliances throughout and premium Kohler fixtures. Monthly rents start at $1,925 for studio apartments, $2,455 for one-bedrooms apartments and $3,610 for two-bedroom apartments.

Additional building amenities offered to residents include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resident lounge and co-working space, a landscaped courtyard with grills, a resident arcade room, free WiFi throughout the building, a dog wash station and on-site parking. Greystar is leading the leasing efforts at the property on behalf of BRP.

Motif is located in the heart of the historic Downtown New Rochelle district, offering residents immediate access to the plethora of restaurants, shops and cultural offerings within the area. Additionally, The New Rochelle Transit Center is located just a short walk from the building, where quick access to Metro-North Railroad, Amtrak and a variety of bus routes is available.

Project construction began in July of 2020 and culminated in March of 2023.
