Brookfield welcomes online fashion favorite to Bleecker Street

Luxury online fashion brand Another Tomorrow will open its first brick-and-mortar store at Brookfield Properties’ 384 Bleecker Street.

In 2018, Brookfield acquired seven historic Bleecker Street storefronts from New York REIT for $31.5 million and activated them with arts and cultural programming to enliven the block.

The company has since signed five tenants including Arc’teryx (367-369 Bleecker), Tarin Thomas (92 Perry Street), Lingua Franca (382 Bleecker), Slightly Alabama (350 Bleecker) and Margaux (387 Bleecker).

“Digitally-native and forward-looking brands are seeking out new ways to connect with their customers in physical retail settings, recognizing the undeniable sense of community you find in brick-and-mortar storefronts,” said Jason Maurer, Senior Vice President, Retail Leasing, Brookfield Properties.

“We are thrilled to welcome Another Tomorrow to the unique retail corridor we have curated on Bleecker Street, building on the street’s revitalization alongside our other recent arrivals of Arc’teryx and Tarin Thomas.”

Vanessa Barboni Hallik, Founder & CEO, Another Tomorrow, said, “We are thrilled to be partnering with Brookfield and for the opportunity of sharing our collection in person in New York City. Our space on Bleecker Street, the heart of the West Village, will further strengthen our connection to our clients and serve to further revitalize the greater downtown neighborhood.”
