Birchwood Commons, Lagrange’s newest multifamily development, with contractors Mid Hudson Construction Management, announced the beginning of leasing efforts. Named as a nod to the property’s surrounding grove of birch trees, Birchwood Commons’ four buildings – the Jackson, Hudson, Taconic, and Admiral — each host five two-story walkup apartments, each containing two-bedroom and two-and-a-half-bath units. The second-floor bedrooms each contain walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms featuring built-in bookshelves, and other essential amenities like washers and dryers. Each of the 20 apartments also features a private covered outdoor patio and storage.
