Art pop-up touches down

Arcadia Earth, a sustainable experiential art installation, has opened a pop-up in a 15,000 s/f space at 718 Broadway.

The interactive and immersive museum, which focuses on sustainability and awareness regarding climate change, will remain open for seven months.

By leveraging new technologies, art installations, and interactive environments, each room will address key climate change challenges in a positive and solution-driven tone of voice.

Matteo Saggese, of Triplemint, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Asking rent was $100,000 per month.
