Arriba Capital Closes $63,900,000 Hotel Construction Loan: Seattle, WA 

Arriba Capital announces that it recently closed a $63.9MM syndicated construction loan for the development of a 200 key AC Hotel by Marriott in Downtown Seattle.  The new hotel is well-located in the prominent South Lake Union neighborhood, which is a vital business hub home to many Fortune 500 companies.

The Borrower is an experienced, privately-held, hospitality management and development group based in the Southeast. Arriba has financed multiple projects for the Borrower.
