Adams & Co. signed a 14,000 s/f expansion lease with TKO Evolution Apparel at 4 Bryant Park.
The apparel manufacturer and distributor will utilize the entire eighth floor of the 12-story building for general and executive offices and dedicated showroom space. TKO Evolution Apparel has been a tenant at 4 Bryant Park since 2005.
David Levy, principal of Adams & Co., represented the landlord, 4 Bryant Park Associates; the asking rent was $65 psf for the seven-year and four-month lease.
“4 Bryant Park remains an ideal location for a wide-range of companies. The close access to several mass transportation hubs, proximity to the park and a tenant-centric philosophy including our new community portal via our partnership with Equiem are all important factors” said David Levy, principal of Adams & Company.
“We are now seeing a number of firms relocate to the area in part because of the value play and also because this particular stretch of 6th Avenue has evolved significantly in recent years.”
TKO-Evolution manufactures, distributes, markets and sells branded and private label apparel within the North American and South American retail markets. Based in New York City, the company was founded in 1998.
Constructed in 1920, 4 Bryant Park is a 12-story building whose tenants include Tommy Bahama, Weatherproof, Free Country, Ltd., Sharp Entertainment and Kinokuniya Books.
