ARGO Turboserve Corporation (ATC) has expanded its presence at Cityview Corporate Center in Lyndhurst by 15,000 s/f to a total of 35,000 s/f, announced Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.
Building ownership, a Boston-based pension fund advisor, was represented by Curtis Foster, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield in East Rutherford, N.J. ATC was represented by John Friedland, managing partner of United Realty Advisors, LLC.
ATC provides ustomized supply chain management and engineering and technical services to the nuclear, aerospace and industrial markets.
This latest transaction marks the company’s second expansion at Cityview Corporate Center in just more than a year. In 2011, the company added 5,200 s/f to bring its occupancy at the time to nearly 20,000 s/f.
“The latest expansion is related to ATC’s growth and expansion into the industrial markets.” said Foster. “After measuring their internal economics, we were able to accommodate their requirements with contiguous spaces on the building’s first and second floors with long-term, co-terminus leases.”
With ATC’s latest expansion, the 138,000-square-foot, three-story Cityview Corporate Center, situated on 8.4 acres at 160 Chubb Ave. in the Meadowlands submarket, has two units available for lease.
“We are currently marketing approximately 20,000 s/f on the first floor, and a 19,386-square-foot unit on the third floor,” said Foster. “We are seeing a great deal of interest in those availabilities and expect to have additional announcements shortly.”
Managed on behalf of the ownership by Kwartler Associates, Inc., the class A Cityview Corporate Center was constructed in 1979, completely renovated in 2006, and earned the Energy Star label for operating efficiency in 2010.
