Adams & Company Secures Two Deals Totaling in 6,351 Square Feet at 34 West 33rd Street 

Manhattan’s forward-thinking, full-service real estate firm, Adams & Company (Adams), has announced two new leases totaling in 6,351 square feet of space at 34 West 33rd Street.

The deals include: 

·       A fifteen-year, 5,631-square-foot lease with Best Brands Sales Company, LLC, a textile manufacturing company that works with major brands and licenses including Disney, Cuisinart and more, who will occupy part of the sixth floor in addition to the entire fifth floor which it leased last year. With this expansion, the company now leases 22,512 square feet of space in the building.

·      A three-year, 720-square-foot lease with Rachel Riley London, LLC, a children’s apparel brand specializing in babies, girls and boys clothing, who will occupy part of the third floor.

“We have been continuing to see an increase in creative companies moving into spaces with both office and showroom space that fulfill their industry’s growing needs,” said David Levy of Adams & Company. “These leases represent the ongoing demand for space that is easily commutable from New York City’s major transportation hubs. As employees are returning from work-from-home and readjusting to commutes, they are looking to make their travel time minimal.” 

David Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Company represented the landlord, Arcade Building LLC in both transactions. Intrepid Real Estate Group, LLC represented Best Brands Sales Company in the transaction. Asking rents were $49 per square foot.

Located on 33rd Street between 5th and 6th Avenues, 34 West 33rd Street is a 12-story building built in 1908. It features 24/7 security, a new elevators, windows, and hallways. 34 West 33rd Street is conveniently placed near many subway lines including the 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, B, D, F, M, N, Q, and R trains, PATH and Penn Station.
