Adams & Co. Completes Deal Totaling 5,186 Square Feet at 121 East 24th Street

Manhattan’s forward-thinking, full-service real estate firm, Adams & Co. (Adams), has announced that Recursive Research, Inc, a crypto currency fund, has signed a 5,186-square-foot lease at 121 East 24th Street taking the entire seventh floor.

“121 East 24th Street is an ideal building for tech-focused tenants looking to be in the heart of the Flatiron neighborhood which has been widely recognized as the center of Silicon Alley,” Jeff Buslik, Executive Managing Director of Adams & Co. “We have been seeing more and more technology and crypto companies moving to this area as it has transformed into New York’s technological hub. For Recursive Research, this space offered an office that could fit the company’s growing business and be easily accessible to employees.”

Jeff Buslik and Bradley Cohn of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, Kofler Associates and Steven Evans of Platinum Properties represented the tenant in the transaction.  Asking rent was approximately $52 per square-foot.

Located on 24th Street between Park and Lexington, 121 East 24th Street is an 12-story building built in 1942. It features full-floor office spaces with high, open ceilings and central A/C. 121 East 24th is conveniently placed near many subway lines including the 6, F, M, N, Q, R and W trains.
