The Commercial and Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS), one of the region’s largest real estate advocacy organizations, announced the appointment of Joseph Sobara as an associate board member. Joe, who currently serves on several CIBS committees, started his real estate career in 2017 and is currently a director at ACC Space located in Mineola. He specializes in industrial real estate transactions, working extensively with landlords and business owners.
“We are very excited to have Joe join the board,” said CIBS president Dan Wiener. “Joe is highly regarded in the industry as a rising star and we believe he is going to provide a tremendous contribution to the board and our industry as a whole.”
In addition to his work for ACC Space, Joe is an avid fisherman as well as a Mets, Jets and Knicks fan. Joe and his fiancé Bianca live in Northport, New York.
