The New York City office of global real estate brand Professionecasa Prestige International recently debuted its new sales and marketing team, and hosted an exclusive preview of Moravia, South of Fifth for local real estate professionals at Cipriani Wall Street.
The New York City office is the newest to the network, which already has a presence in 30 different countries.
An Italian-style residential property, Moravia, South of Fifth is located just steps from Miami’s famed Nikki Beach. The residence was developed and designed by The Moravia Group, and its in-house design team Moravia Lab Monte-Carlo. Amenities include valet parking, a private spa, beachfront views, and Apple-aided technology. Many of the property’s 27 one- through three-bedroom units also feature private entrances and terraces.
More than 50 guests attended the event, where they shared conversation over cocktails and canapés, along with treats from La Maison du Chocolat. iPads featuring photos and floor plans of the homes were available for attendees to peruse as well.
With pre-sales well underway, the property’s South Side building is slated for completion in winter 2013, and its North Side in August 2013. Unit sales prices range from $365,500 to $943,500.
“The resurgence of the Miami Beach real estate market continues to reveal itself, and while we represent many buyers and sellers here in New York City, we’re actually seeing a great deal of interest in this property from New Yorkers seeking investments in Florida again,” said Santo Rosabianca, senior sales associate of Professionecasa Prestige International. “I’d also like to think that Moravia, South of Fifth’s unique European concept really distinguishes it from other nearby new developments.”
