The joint-venture partnership of Advance Realty and F. Greek Development has completed construction on a 190,000 s/f, refrigerated storage and distribution center in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
Preferred Freezer Services, a worldwide operator of temperature-controlled warehouses, has leased the massive, built-to-suit facility.
Located on 9.3 acres at 275 Blair Road in Woodbridge, New Jersey, the state-of-the-art facility features a design temperature of negative 10-degrees Fahrenheit and a clearance height of 53 feet.

Advance and F. Greek Development worked with Preferred Freezer throughout the process to ensure that the warehouse would serve the company’s technical needs while providing a logistics hub in one of the nation’s most strategically advantageous industrial corridors.
The facility is located less than a mile from Exit 12 on the New Jersey Turnpike, and three exits south of Newark Liberty Airport and Port Newark/Elizabeth Marine Terminal.
