Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC, brokered 3,549 s/f at 463 Seventh Avenue for Boston Traders, Inc. David Levy, principal, of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, The Arsenal Company LLC, in the transaction, while Jeff Buslik and Seth Godnick, also of Adams & Co., represented the tenant. Boston Traders will be leasing a 3,549 s/f space on the 13th floor for a five year term; asking price for the space was $48 per-square-foot. Boston Traders will be using this space as executive offices and showroom space for their fashion apparel company. Seventh Avenue is a 22-story building, located just blocks from Penn Station, with 24/7 access and security, in addition to newly renovated elevators and windows.
