Cushman & Wakefield announced that Joanne Podell and her team comprised of Ian Lerner, Brandon Singer, and Chris Stanton have been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for another prominent Manhattan retail space at 503 Broadway.
The largest available retail space in SoHo, 503 Broadway totals 30,000 square feet spread among the ground, lower, and second-level floors.
Located on Broadway between Broome and Spring Street, the building is just steps from Bloomingdales and Top Shop.
