JEMB Realty Corporation (JEMB) has topped out 1 Willoughby Square (1WSQ), the class-A office development rising in Downtown Brooklyn.
To commemorate the milestone, JEMB hosted an honorary ribbon cutting ceremony attended by some of the project’s collaborators, including architect FXCollaborative, builder Gilbane Building Company and exclusive leasing agent, Newmark Knight Frank.
The Downtown Brooklyn Partnership was also present at the ceremony.

The 34-story 1WSQ will bring 500,000 s/f of space to the Brooklyn office market offering ceiling heights up to 14.5 ft.
Designed by FXCollaborative, who will also be the building’s anchor tenant, interior spaces feature oversized windows and column-free floors.
The exterior façade will feature dark blue glazed bricks

1WSQ’s current tenants include FXCollaborative, as the anchor and a school in partnership with the New York School Construction Authority.
