Lane, a workplace experience platform, has partnered with hOM, a tech-enabled amenity provider, to bring on-site fitness programming to building tenants.
Through the partnership, employees have the ability to discover, book and participate in free fitness classes, wellness activities and activations within their buildings.
Property managers gain the on the ground support from hOM and programming that today’s generation desires while being able to track the activations under the same Lane platform that they measure overall building performance.
According to hOM data, 91 percent of users experience reduced stress/anxiety at work after a hOM wellness initiative implemented.
“The hOM-Lane Partnership meets the emerging workforce expectations of technology and community in the workplace,” said Francesca Loftus, hOM chief executive.
“With HR playing a more and more crucial role in leasing decisions, the modern landlord is tasked with amenitizing traditional workplaces and developing a sense of place for tenants. With this first-of-its-kind combined offering of Lane and hOM, we’re excited to provide for our client landlords a more accessible, valuable and engaging tenant experience,”
“By marrying technology and wellness, Lane and hOM have created the most effective way to implement a building life that celebrates the importance of health and productivity,” added Clint Robinson, co-founder and CEO of Lane.
Lane recently raised $2.5 million in funding, expanding to the US from Toronto in April 2019.
