TF Cornerstone today announced Lightbridge Academy, a leading early education and childcare center, has signed a 11,491 s/f lease for ground floor retail space at The Max on 606 West 57th Street, a 1,028-unit luxury residential rental building located in Hell’s Kitchen. The lease represents Lightbridge Academy’s first Manhattan location; it currently has nearly 50 centers throughout Brooklyn, Long Island and the mid-Atlantic region.
“Lightbridge Academy is a welcome addition to residents of The Max and families throughout the greater Hell’s Kitchen, Midtown West, and Upper West Side communities,” said Steve Gonzalez, Director of Retail Leasing at TF Cornerstone. “The center adds to The Max’s impressive amenity roster that caters to residents of all ages and interests, including a state-of-the-art fitness complex with a full-size basketball court, several landscaped outdoor spaces, and TFC’s own residential coworking spaces called HomeWork.”
Lightbridge Academy is an early-childhood education daycare and development center that services children from six weeks old to pre-school and offers extended hours, optional meal plans and summer camp programs.
606 West 57th Street, known as The Max, is one of the latest amenity-rich modern rental apartment buildings in New York with 1,028 units.
A 10,000-square-foot Pre-K is also slated to open on the ground floor of The Max for the upcoming school year.

The building has 14,000 s/f of retail space remaining, which Winick Realty is leasing.
