After a year-long search, Citi Habitats agent John Farrell was able to find his client a new home near Madison Square Park.

Farrell’s buyer recently closed on apartment #9L at 225 Fifth Avenue, a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo for a price of $5.45 million.
