Brodsky secures $55M for West End Towers mortgage

New York Life Real Estate Investors, on behalf of New York Life Insurance Company, announced the financing of a $55 million second mortgage loan secured by West End Towers, a 1,000 unit Class A apartment community on the Upper West Side.

The apartment project is owned by an affiliate of The Brodsky Organization.
West End Towers offers a wide array of outstanding amenities, including panoramic river and city views.

The property’s location is within a short walk of Lincoln Square making it one of the most desirable neighborhoods in which to live and work.

“West End Towers is an outstanding multifamily project, located in one of New York City’s most sought after residential markets,” said Mark Young, Senior Director in New York Life Real Estate Investors’ New York Regional Office.
