DeSimone partners with Italian firm in move into sports, entertainment arena

DeSimone Consulting Engineers and Maffeis Engineering announced a new joint venture in the design and construction of sports and entertainment facilities, as well as bridge and transportation projects globally.

The venture will also advance new opportunities in Europe, Asia, and other high-growth markets.

With offices working across the United States, Latin America, and the Middle East, DeSimone has designed some of the world’s most recognizable structures. Today, the firm provides a suite of services that include structural engineering, facade design, and forensic/investigative engineering.

Maffeis Engineering is an international multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Solagna, Italy. With 14 offices worldwide, the firm provides engineering services for civil and commercial buildings, sports facilities, industrial buildings, and infrastructure. The firm has delivered projects in 38 countries around the world.
