An apparel manufacturer who churns out branded clothing lines for Marvel and Disney clothing has leased two floors in the Garment District.
Morris Limited (IML) signed a 23,050 s/f eleven-year lease at 48 West 37th Street. The New York-based clothing manufacturer and distributor will utilize the full third and fourth floors for its national headquarters, which houses both its licensing and art teams, and an apparel showroom.
Adams & Co. Real Estate principal David Levy represented the landlord, Forty Eight Thirty Seven Associates, while Intrepid Real Estate Group represented the tenant in the transaction. Asking rent was $45 psf.

Founded in 1989, Isaac Morris Limited designs, manufactures and distributes boys’ and girls’ apparel that is licensed for some of the most well-known brands and prestigious studios in the sports, film and entertainment industries including Disney, Marvel, Universal, Lego and Blockbuster, to name a few.
The firm distributes its products through various specialty stores, department stores and the mass market.
Constructed in 1926, 48 West 37th Street is an 18-story building located near several transit systems. The building has new windows throughout, concierge service and 24/7 accessibility.
