40 Bleecker — NoHo’s newest residential development — topped out as one of the tallest new buildings in the neighborhood last week.
To celebrate, an on-site sneak peek hardhat tour at the 12-story luxury residential development was held and attended by project developers Raymond Chalme and Daniel Blanco of Broad Street Development, Ed Rawlings of New York City architecture firm Rawlings Architects and interior designer Ryan Korban.
Douglas Elliman Marketing Group, which is exclusively handling sales and marketing for 40 Bleecker, was also present including President and CEO, Susan De Franca, and sales team members Fredrik Eklund, John Gomes and Sarah Burke.
Located on the corner of Bleecker and Mulberry Streets, the ground-up building contains 61 one-to-five-bedroom residences with six penthouses. Prices begin at under $2 million. Closings are expected to begin this Fall.
