TRANSACTIONS: GCP arranges $19M financing for Chelsea property; Meridian closes multifamily loans

GCP Capital Group arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $36,500,000 for the following properties:
• $19,300,000 for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 39 units, located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. Alan Perlmutter, managing member, arranged the financing.
• $7,700,000 combined financing for five multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 52 apartments and 2 commercial units, located in the Kips Bay, Yorkville, Upper East Side and Midtown neighborhoods of Manhattank. Matthew Classi, managing member, arranged the financing .
• $6,500,000 for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 74 units and 2,000 s/f of commercial space, located on Newtown Avenue in Queens, New York. Adam Brostovski, principal, arranged the financing.
• $3,000,000 combined financing for three five-story mixed-use buildings containing a total of 18 apartments and 12,225 s/f of commercial space, located on Pleasant Avenue in Manhattan. David Sessa, managing director, arranged the financing for these transactions.

• A new mortgage of $3,750,000 on a mixed-use property on West 47th Street. The loan features a rate of 3.75% and a five-year term.
• A new mortgage in the amount of $2,100,000 on a multifamily property located on East 148th Street in the Bronx. The loan features a rate of 3.875% and a five-year term.
• A new mortgage of $2,650,000 on a multifamily property located on East 12th Street. The loan features a rate of 3.875% and a five-year term.
• A new mortgage in the amount of $2,400,000 on a multifamily property located on East 6th Street. The loan features a rate of 3.875% and a five-year term.
