Knotel, the agile workspace provider, has finalized a 17,258 s/f lease at SL Green Realty Corp’s 110 Greene Street, a.k.a., The SoHo Building.
The deal is the first-ever agreement between Knotel and New York City’s largest office property owner.
The new lease encompasses the entire 2nd floor of the 13-story, 295,000 s/f office building, which is situated at the epicenter of SoHo, on Greene Street between Prince and Spring Street.
The location provides Knotel members with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, as well as a number of subway lines, including the R/W at Prince Street and the C/E at Spring Street.
The just-completed transaction furthers Knotel’s rapid expansion throughout the Manhattan marketplace.
After celebrating its third anniversary in November 2018, its New York City portfolio now totals over 1.5 million square feet overall, with plans to reach over two million square feet by year end.
