Fast-growing AI company moves to bigger space at Vornadoʼs One Penn Plaza

ContentSquare, an AI-powered digital experience insights platform, has moved its U.S. headquarters to New York’s One Penn Plaza in order to accommodate the agency’s growth and presence in North America.

The new location expands the company’s workspace to more than 10,000 s/f.

The move represents a significant leap forward for the global SaaS company, which is jointly headquartered in Paris and New York, with additional offices in London and Munich.

“Over the last year, ContentSquare has had the pleasure of working with numerous new and exciting clients, and our business has grown significantly,” said Jonathan Cherki, CEO and founder of ContentSquare, which works with retailers like Walmart, L’Occitane and GoPro.

“In response, we placed an emphasis on growing our staff to ensure that we’re always providing best-in-class service to our clients. This move reflects our continued commitment to being a trusted resource for our current and future clients.”

Since its founding in 2012, ContentSquare has cemented its presence in New York where it began in a small WeWork space with 10 staff. The company later moved to its most recent office at 9 East 38th , and now to its new U.S. headquarters at One Penn Plaza.

Its nearly 50-person New York-based staff will move into the 54th floor of the Vornado property, which has 360 degree views of the Manhattan Skyline. The new office has space to accommodate additional growth.
PENN1 is known on the skyline by its signature red “1” and totals over 2.7 million square feet. The 57-story building offers draviews of the entire city, direct access to Pennsylvania Station and is steps from Madison Square Garden. Other tenants include Cisco Systems, TradingScreen and Fuse Media.
