Citi Habitats announced that licensed real estate professional J.D. Sharpe has joined the firm.
He will work out of the brokerage’s Williamsburg office, led by Senior Managing Director Alex Saltalamacchia.
Sharpe was a successful agent at Compass in Cobble Hill before joining Citi Habitats. He was also at Mdrn. Residential and began his career working as a loft specialist at the former Mark David & Company in SoHo.
He has helped hundreds of clients across DUMBO, The Financial District, Williamsburg, and Downtown Brooklyn.
In addition to his real estate career, Sharpe has a background in luxury retail and still occasionally consults for top consumer brands – including BlackBerry, Carol’s Daughter, and Microsoft.
He attended Georgia Southern University and Georgia State University.
Halstead announced that Candice Milano and Malessa Rambarran of the Milano-Rambarran Team have joined the firm’s Park Avenue office.

Douglas Elliman Real Estate announced that Bryan Ecock has joined the firm.
Ecock will help to expand Elliman’s growing presence in South Brooklyn through his experience in the sale of development sites, new construction, single-family and multi-family homes, in addition to condominiums and cooperatives.
He will work out of Elliman’s 156 Montague Street office in Brooklyn Heights.
Ecock has won several awards for his sales and service over the past half a decade. His accolades include Top Sales Agent of the Year, repeated Sales Agent of the Month, as well as multiple Million-Dollar Producer and Top Relocation Sales Agent awards.
PReviously with Filmore Real Estate, he began his career managing sales territories for Proctor and Gamble, Glaceau, and Astrazeneca.

Douglas Elliman Real Estate announced New York City agent Richard Phan has joined the firm.
Phan joins Elliman from Corcoran, where he was a member of the Carrie Chiang/Janet Wang Team, and was involved in some of the most prominent sales in New York. Notably, Phan is acclaimed for selling Manhattan’s most expensive townhouse in 2017 for $79.5 million.
He will be based out of Elliman’s headquarters at 575 Madison Avenue.
To date, Phan has sold over $1.1 billion in property covering all sectors of the condominium, cooperative, new development and townhouse markets.
His client list includes top corporate executives, international investors, artists and professionals from the financial services, real estate and fashion sectors.
Originally from Hawaii, Phan previously worked at Hawaii’s largest title and escrow firm.

Suesser has worked as a title closer for the past 16 years and will continue to do provide title insurance clearance at closing for purchasers.
Earlier, she was an account representative in the medical billing service department at National Medical Management before starting her own medical billing service company, Professional Medical Management, Inc.
She received her real estate license in 1993 and landed her first job as an agent with Coldwell Banker in Locust Valley NY.

Douglas Elliman Real Estate announced that Melissa True has joined the firm as Senior Manager of Culture and Careers in New York City.
In the newly created role, True, a corporate leader with 16 years of experience in New York City real estate, will liaise between Elliman’s internal departments to drive agent growth, development and engagement.
She is tasked with managing relationships with both prospective and current agents at every career touchpoint. She will develop and track agent growth working with each office team to maintain company culture, enhance collaboration and support managers.
Previously, as a founding member of TOWN’s executive team, True played an integral part in the development and execution of the brand and its growth.
True’s career spans over a decade While still in high school, she worked weekends showing condos, contributing to selling her first apartment when she was just 14. She has sold over $200 million in real estate within the past decade.
She began her career as an agent with Citi Habitats before joining Buttonwood Real Estate first as a marketing manager and later becoming sales director. During her six years with the firm, True worked on developments including One Rector Park and Greenwich Club Residences.
Born in Boston and raised in Palm Beach, she holds a BA in Communications from the University ofMaryland’s College of Journalism.
Enzo LaRocca has been named Director of Marketing at Optimar International Realty.
His primary role will be as a social media influencer helping Optimar agents grow their own digital brands.
LaRocca began his career as a production assistant in the film and TV sector before working in armed security services. He entered the real estate field in 2015 after attending a NYS Real Estate Salespersons Licensing course at Baruch College and worked at BLU, LG Fairmont and Nooklyn before joining Optimar.
