ABS Partners Real Estate is marketing a portfolio of 11 owned Payomatic locations.
The portfolio consists of 11 properties spread across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Syosset, LI.
Steven Hornstock, Randy Modell and Ryan Cerquiera of ABS Partners are leading the marketing efforts.
Payomatic, New York’s largest provider of check cashing services, is a retail tenant in nine out of the 11 locations, with the other two functioning as their head office and distribution center.
A number of the properties also have unaffiliated tenants representing approximately 20 percent of the total rents. Each of the properties comes with a Payomatic corporate leaseback.
Notable buildings include 254 Scholes Street in Williamsburg, a 27,500 s/f block-through lot with a 17,500 s/f industrial property onsite; 94 8th Avenue, a three-story walkup in the Meatpacking District; and 4551 3rd Avenue, corner lot with 29,700 buildable square feet.
