TRANSACTIONS: MMCC arranges refi’ for Upper West Side apartment building

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation announced the following transactions:
• A $1,230,000 refinance was arranged for a 3,096 square foot property located on Eastern Parkway in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. The financing was arranged by Andy Weiss and Andrew Dansker.
• A $750,000 refinance was arranged for a 10-unit, multifamily property located on West 85th Street in the Upper West Side neighborhood of Manhattan. The financing was arranged by Andrew Marcus and Andrew Dansker.

Eastern Union Funding announced the following transactions:
• A $9,184,687 first lien mortgage for the acquisition of a 130-unit multifamily on Washington Ave in Kingston, NY. This transaction was arranged by Michael Muller.
• A $5,800,000 first lien mortgage for the acquisition of a 76-unit multifamily on Fox Hill Dr in Dover, NJ. This transaction was arranged by David Metzger and Nate Hyman.
• A $3,800,000 first lien mortgage for the acquisition of a 28-unit mixed-use on Morris Ave in Bronx, NY. This transaction was arranged by Michael Muller.
• $3,025,000 in first lien mortgages for the acquisition of three multifamily properties in Linden, NJ. These transactions were arranged by Michael Muller.
• A $1,500,000 first lien mortgage for the acquisition of a 3-unit mixed-use on Metropolitan Ave in Brooklyn, NY. This transaction was arranged by Judah Aderet.

GCP Capital Group arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $51,497,500 for the following properties:
• $24,500,000 loan participation between two national lenders collateralized in part by a mixed-use development site, located in Jamaica, Queens. Matthew Albano, Managing Director of GCP Capital Group, arranged the loan participation for this transaction.
• $11,600,000 for two five-story multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 105 apartments, located on Thieriot Avenue in the Bronx. Adam Brostovski, principal, arranged the financing.
• $7,500,000 for a three-story office building comprised of 31,000 square feet and an adjacent commercial restaurant building, located in Huntington, Suffolk County. Matthew Classi, managing member, arranged the financing for this transaction.
• $4,500,000 for a one-story, 38,400 square foot commercial building containing 3 retail units, located in East Setauket, Suffolk County. George Spanos, senior associate, arranged the financing.
• $3,397,500 for a four-story office building comprised of 24,500 s/f, located in Peekskill, New York. Jack Fried, senior associate, arranged the financing.
