“We are excited to host Michael Phillips as a keynote speaker at this year’s conference in New York City,” said Nicolas Kozubek, director of MIPIM PropTech.

“His innovation, creativity and out of the box approach make him a true visionary in the real estate world. Technology is rapidly changing the industry and attendees will have the opportunity to learn about this complex topic from a top industry professional.”

In his keynote presentation, Phillips will discuss the innovative technologies that are reducing friction and improving efficiency in the commercial, retail, and residential space. He will also explore how retail spaces are becoming increasingly personalized with the use of PropTech.

Attendees will gain insight into Jamestown’s future perspective on the real estate industry in North America, South America and Europe. Michael will also touch on how millennial behaviors are shaping real estate.

“Brick and mortar spaces are becoming more dynamic and retail, office, and residential tenants are leveraging technology in ways we’ve never seen before,” said Phillips, resident of Jamestown. “This conference provides a unique platform for experts to explore, collaborate, and source solutions.”
